When does it give skill points?
230295
- Orange 230 to 254: a point on every craft
- Yellow 255 to 267: a point most of the time
- Green 268 to 279: a point now and then
- Grey from 280: no more points
Classic rule: 100% while orange, then the chance falls evenly to 0 at grey. Green sits halfway between yellow and grey, as in Classic.
