When does it give skill points?
- Orange 205 to 219: a point on every craft
- Yellow 220 to 239: a point most of the time
- Green 240 to 259: a point now and then
- Grey from 260: no more points
Classic rule: 100% while orange, then the chance falls evenly to 0 at grey. Green sits halfway between yellow and grey, as in Classic.
