When does it give skill points?
- Orange up to 19: a point on every craft (start not in the game tables)
- Yellow 20 to 22: a point most of the time
- Green 23 to 24: a point now and then
- Grey from 25: no more points
Classic rule: 100% while orange, then the chance falls evenly to 0 at grey. Green sits halfway between yellow and grey, as in Classic.
Average cost of a point: 66c while orange, 1s 65c at the green threshold.
