When does it give skill points?
- Orange 280 to 304: a point on every craft
- Yellow 305 to 307: a point most of the time
- Green 308 to 309: a point now and then
- Grey from 310: no more points
Classic rule: 100% while orange, then the chance falls evenly to 0 at grey. Green sits halfway between yellow and grey, as in Classic.
