When does it give skill points?
- Orange 300 to 319: a point on every craft
- Yellow 320 to 339: a point most of the time
- Green 340 to 359: a point now and then
- Grey from 360: no more points
Classic rule: 100% while orange, then the chance falls evenly to 0 at grey. Green sits halfway between yellow and grey, as in Classic.
