When does it give skill points?
- Orange 145 to 149: a point on every craft
- Yellow 150 to 152: a point most of the time
- Green 153 to 154: a point now and then
- Grey from 155: no more points
Classic rule: 100% while orange, then the chance falls evenly to 0 at grey. Green sits halfway between yellow and grey, as in Classic.
