When does it give skill points?
- Orange 190 to 194: a point on every craft
- Yellow 195 to 197: a point most of the time
- Green 198 to 199: a point now and then
- Grey from 200: no more points
Classic rule: 100% while orange, then the chance falls evenly to 0 at grey. Green sits halfway between yellow and grey, as in Classic.
