When does it give skill points?
- Orange 240 to 244: a point on every craft
- Yellow 245 to 247: a point most of the time
- Green 248 to 249: a point now and then
- Grey from 250: no more points
Classic rule: 100% while orange, then the chance falls evenly to 0 at grey. Green sits halfway between yellow and grey, as in Classic.
