It turns yellow at 170, green at 183 and grey at 195. It can be learned at 145.

When does it give skill points?
- Orange 145 to 169: a point on every craft
- Yellow 170 to 182: a point most of the time
- Green 183 to 194: a point now and then
- Grey from 195: no more points
