When does it give skill points?
- Orange up to 234: a point on every craft (start not in the game tables)
- Yellow 235 to 244: a point most of the time
- Green 245 to 254: a point now and then
- Grey from 255: no more points
Classic rule: 100% while orange, then the chance falls evenly to 0 at grey. Green sits halfway between yellow and grey, as in Classic.
