When does it give skill points?
- Orange 175 to 199: a point on every craft
- Yellow 200 to 212: a point most of the time
- Green 213 to 224: a point now and then
- Grey from 225: no more points
Classic rule: 100% while orange, then the chance falls evenly to 0 at grey. Green sits halfway between yellow and grey, as in Classic.
