When does it give skill points?
- Orange 250 to 269: a point on every craft
- Yellow 270 to 279: a point most of the time
- Green 280 to 289: a point now and then
- Grey from 290: no more points
Classic rule: 100% while orange, then the chance falls evenly to 0 at grey. Green sits halfway between yellow and grey, as in Classic.
