It turns yellow at 140, green at 143 and grey at 145. It can be learned at 140.

When does it give skill points?
- Orange 140 to 139: a point on every craft
- Yellow 140 to 142: a point most of the time
- Green 143 to 144: a point now and then
- Grey from 145: no more points
Classic rule: 100% while orange, then the chance falls evenly to 0 at grey. Green sits halfway between yellow and grey, as in Classic.
Average cost of a point: 82s 61c while orange, 2g 6s 53c at the green threshold.
