When does it give skill points?
- Orange 290 to 294: a point on every craft
- Yellow 295 to 297: a point most of the time
- Green 298 to 299: a point now and then
- Grey from 300: no more points
Classic rule: 100% while orange, then the chance falls evenly to 0 at grey. Green sits halfway between yellow and grey, as in Classic.
