When does it give skill points?
- Orange 300 to 309: a point on every craft
- Yellow 310 to 317: a point most of the time
- Green 318 to 324: a point now and then
- Grey from 325: no more points
Classic rule: 100% while orange, then the chance falls evenly to 0 at grey. Green sits halfway between yellow and grey, as in Classic.
