When does it give skill points?
245300
- Orange 245 to 264: a point on every craft
- Yellow 265 to 274: a point most of the time
- Green 275 to 284: a point now and then
- Grey from 285: no more points
Classic rule: 100% while orange, then the chance falls evenly to 0 at grey. Green sits halfway between yellow and grey, as in Classic.
