When does it give skill points?
- Orange 105 to 119: a point on every craft
- Yellow 120 to 134: a point most of the time
- Green 135 to 149: a point now and then
- Grey from 150: no more points
Classic rule: 100% while orange, then the chance falls evenly to 0 at grey. Green sits halfway between yellow and grey, as in Classic.
Average cost of a point: 16s 50c while orange, 33s at the green threshold.
