When does it give skill points?
- Orange 160 to 179: a point on every craft
- Yellow 180 to 199: a point most of the time
- Green 200 to 219: a point now and then
- Grey from 220: no more points
Classic rule: 100% while orange, then the chance falls evenly to 0 at grey. Green sits halfway between yellow and grey, as in Classic.
Average cost of a point: 11s 2c while orange, 22s 4c at the green threshold.
