When does it give skill points?
- Orange 200 to 174: a point on every craft
- Yellow 175 to 179: a point most of the time
- Green 180 to 184: a point now and then
- Grey from 185: no more points
Classic rule: 100% while orange, then the chance falls evenly to 0 at grey. Green sits halfway between yellow and grey, as in Classic.
Average cost of a point: 20s while orange, 40s at the green threshold.
