When does it give skill points?
200265
- Orange 200 to 224: a point on every craft
- Yellow 225 to 237: a point most of the time
- Green 238 to 249: a point now and then
- Grey from 250: no more points
Classic rule: 100% while orange, then the chance falls evenly to 0 at grey. Green sits halfway between yellow and grey, as in Classic.
