Which bosses are in Blackmaw Hold?

Blackmaw Hold is not playable on the WoW Forever beta: its map is hidden in the game files and its bosses are encrypted, like those of the four other hidden new dungeons. Icy Veins counted 34 encrypted boss encounters across the five. We will add the bosses here after the launch on November 4, 2026, as players meet them.

What loot drops in Blackmaw Hold?

Blizzard re-examined every dungeon drop for WoW Forever: unique items of dungeon bosses are now blue and set bonuses were improved. The loot tables themselves are not in the game files, so no site can list them from the data yet. No drop of Blackmaw Hold has been reported with a source yet: we will add them as they are confirmed in game.

What else do we know about Blackmaw Hold?

• Blizzard's levels: 55-60. Blizzard's BlizzCon recap describes “unsettling corruption stirring in the depths”.
• In the beta files, Azshara's old Timbermaw Hold area is renamed Blackmaw Hold. The developers described a large high-level dungeon in Azshara with furbolgs and demons (official podcast, JudgeHype summary), and JudgeHype places it in north Azshara, behind the furbolg gates.

To find a group for Blackmaw Hold in WoW Forever, use the Group Finder (key I), which lists the dungeons with their suggested levels, or the LookingForGroup chat channel.
