When does it give skill points?
- Orange 230 to 229: a point on every craft
- Yellow 230 to 242: a point most of the time
- Green 243 to 254: a point now and then
- Grey from 255: no more points
Classic rule: 100% while orange, then the chance falls evenly to 0 at grey. Green sits halfway between yellow and grey, as in Classic.
