When does it give skill points?
- Orange 250 to 229: a point on every craft
- Yellow 230 to 232: a point most of the time
- Green 233 to 234: a point now and then
- Grey from 235: no more points
Classic rule: 100% while orange, then the chance falls evenly to 0 at grey. Green sits halfway between yellow and grey, as in Classic.
