When does it give skill points?
- Orange 1 to 0: a point on every craft
- Yellow 1 to 2: a point most of the time
- Green 3 to 4: a point now and then
- Grey from 5: no more points
Classic rule: 100% while orange, then the chance falls evenly to 0 at grey. Green sits halfway between yellow and grey, as in Classic.
