When does it give skill points?
- Orange 195 to 214: a point on every craft
- Yellow 215 to 224: a point most of the time
- Green 225 to 234: a point now and then
- Grey from 235: no more points
Classic rule: 100% while orange, then the chance falls evenly to 0 at grey. Green sits halfway between yellow and grey, as in Classic.
