When does it give skill points?
- Orange 35 to 69: a point on every craft
- Yellow 70 to 89: a point most of the time
- Green 90 to 109: a point now and then
- Grey from 110: no more points
Classic rule: 100% while orange, then the chance falls evenly to 0 at grey. Green sits halfway between yellow and grey, as in Classic.
