When does it give skill points?
- Orange 40 to 74: a point on every craft
- Yellow 75 to 94: a point most of the time
- Green 95 to 114: a point now and then
- Grey from 115: no more points
Classic rule: 100% while orange, then the chance falls evenly to 0 at grey. Green sits halfway between yellow and grey, as in Classic.
