When does it give skill points?
- Orange 55 to 54: a point on every craft
- Yellow 55 to 59: a point most of the time
- Green 60 to 64: a point now and then
- Grey from 65: no more points
Classic rule: 100% while orange, then the chance falls evenly to 0 at grey. Green sits halfway between yellow and grey, as in Classic.
