When does it give skill points?
- Orange 145 to 144: a point on every craft
- Yellow 145 to 169: a point most of the time
- Green 170 to 194: a point now and then
- Grey from 195: no more points
Classic rule: 100% while orange, then the chance falls evenly to 0 at grey. Green sits halfway between yellow and grey, as in Classic.
