When does it give skill points?
225280
- Orange 225 to 244: a point on every craft
- Yellow 245 to 254: a point most of the time
- Green 255 to 264: a point now and then
- Grey from 265: no more points
Classic rule: 100% while orange, then the chance falls evenly to 0 at grey. Green sits halfway between yellow and grey, as in Classic.
