When does it give skill points?
- Orange 90 to 109: a point on every craft
- Yellow 110 to 124: a point most of the time
- Green 125 to 139: a point now and then
- Grey from 140: no more points
Classic rule: 100% while orange, then the chance falls evenly to 0 at grey. Green sits halfway between yellow and grey, as in Classic.
Average cost of a point: 10s while orange, 20s at the green threshold.
