- Sold to a vendor

When does it give skill points?
- Orange 135 to 159: a point on every craft
- Yellow 160 to 172: a point most of the time
- Green 173 to 184: a point now and then
- Grey from 185: no more points
Classic rule: 100% while orange, then the chance falls evenly to 0 at grey. Green sits halfway between yellow and grey, as in Classic.
Average cost of a point: 40s 15c while orange, 83s 65c at the green threshold.
